Special Interest definition

Special Interest shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 2(c) hereof.
Special Interest means any interest that accrues on any Note pursuant to Section 7.03.
Special Interest has the meaning assigned to that term pursuant to the Registration Rights Agreement.

Examples of Special Interest in a sentence

  • Each Note will accrue interest at a rate per annum equal to 1.25% (the “Stated Interest”), plus any Default Interest, Additional Interest and Special Interest that may accrue pursuant to Sections 2.05(B), 3.04 and 7.03, respectively.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, any Special Interest that accrues on a Note will be in addition to the Stated Interest that accrues on such Note and, subject to the proviso of the immediately preceding sentence, in addition to any Additional Interest that accrues on such Note.

  • Stated Interest, and, if applicable, Additional Interest and Special Interest, on the Notes will be computed on the basis of a 360-day year comprised of twelve 30-day months.

  • The Trustee will have no duty to determine whether any Special Interest is payable or the amount thereof.

Special Interest means all amounts, if any, payable pursuant to Section 4.06(d), Section 4.06(e) and Section 6.03, as applicable.
