Special Meetings definition

Special Meetings means meetings of the Trustees called in accordance with Section 2.5.
Special Meetings means special meetings of the Individual Members discussed in Section 6.12 of this Constitution.

More Definitions of Special Meetings

Special Meetings may be requested by any PMT member to allow the PMT to address a matter of urgency. The Party requesting the Special Meeting will provide at least 1 Business Day’s written notice, unless all PMT members agree to a shorter timeframe. Notice of a Special Meeting will identify the issues to be addressed. If a PMT member is not able to attend either a Regular Meeting or Special Meeting because of a scheduling conflict, an alternate member of the Party may be designated pursuant to Section 5.1.8.
Special Meetings. Any three (3) Trustees shall have power to direct the calling of a meeting of the Trustees by sending a written notice to the Trustees setting out the purpose of such meeting. The notice of the meeting shall set the place and the date and the time of the meeting.
