Special Personal Information means Personal Information as referred to in Section 26 of POPIA
Special Personal Information means any Personal Information of a data subject, concerning (a) the religious or philosophical beliefs, race or ethnic origin, trade union membership, political persuasion, health or sex life or biometric information of a Data Subject; or (b) the criminal behaviour of a Data Subject to the extent that such information relates to (i) the alleged commission by a Data Subject of any offence; or(ii) any proceedings in respect of any offence allegedly committed by a Data Subject or the disposal of such proceedings;
Special Personal Information means information relating to the religious or philosophical beliefs, race or ethnic origin, trade union membership, political persuasion, health or sex life or biometric information or the criminal behaviour of a data subject.

Information relates to any person other than you, including any of your directors, officers, employees or principles, you warrant that you have obtained the consent of that person to whom that Personal Information or Special Personal Information relates, authorising you to disclose such Personal Information or Special Personal Information to the Bank for the processing of such information a stipulated in 5.1 above.
