Special Products definition

Special Products means all modified Standard Products, custom-made products, and products in the
Special Products means the pharmaceutical products set forth on Schedule 1.01(n).
Special Products means injectable medications, controlled substances, emergency (STAT) medication orders, non-oral solid Products and other Products which the manufacturer specifies to be dispensed and packaged in a unique manner.

Special Products has the meaning set forth in the Separation and Distribution Agreement.

Special Products are those calling for products not contained in Seller's current catalog or price list, or those requiring modifications to catalog products (including semi-custom, custom, or application specific products), or those requiring sample, environmental, mechanical or life testing, 100% reliability screening, quality conformance qualification, or any combination thereof. These provisions supersede any other terms or conditions which are inconsistent herewith.
Special Products means the non-standard products that are manufactured by Netronome for special use by OEM, the most current versions of which are listed in Exhibit B-2 (“Special Products”) hereto, including any Equipment or other Licensed Materials, and any Enhancements hereafter made or any revision thereto. The Special Product(s) listed in Exhibit B-2 (“Special Products”) hereto may be modified or discontinued by mutual agreement and additional Special Product(s) may be added to this list by Netronome in accordance with the provisions of Sections 6.2 and 6.3..
Special Products means the most current version of the non-standard products manufactured by special use by Purchaser listed in Exhibit A attached hereto.
