Special Projects definition

Special Projects means a project undertaken pursuant to Article 17 of this Agreement.
Special Projects means a special project undertaken by an Eligible Noongar Entity in furtherance of its objects;
Special Projects means (i) the Kahuku Project, (ii) the Xxxxxxxxxx Project and (iii) the Xxxxxxx XX Project.
