Special Projects means a project undertaken pursuant to Article 17 of this Agreement.

Special Projects means any special operating program or additional maintenance or similar undertaking desired by a Facility Owner for a specific Facility; and

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Participant shall be eligible to receive bonuses based on the Closing of Special Projects (the “PPP Bonus”) and maintaining employment through the relevant Payment Date (as defined herein).

More Definitions of Special Projects

Special Projects means the sale, as approved by the Board during the Retention Period, of any of the land or water assets of the Company or real estate development as identified in the Strategic Plan.
