Special Provisions definition

Special Provisions. Special Provisions are specific conditions or requirements peculiar to the contract under consideration and are supplemental to the General Provisions. Should the Special Provisions conflict with the General Provisions, the Special Provisions shall prevail.
Special Provisions has the meaning assigned to that term in Article XI.
