Special Use Pool definition

Special Use Pool means a pool that does not meet the operational and design characteristics of any public swimming pool class or type identified elsewhere in this chapter. A special use pool may be considered through an application for a variance.
Special Use Pool means a swimming pool intended for competitive aquatic events, aquatic exercise or lap swimming. Special Use Pool means a pool used for a purpose not otherwise defined, such as for apparatus swimming, diving, and underwater photography training, therapy, or other use by the public.
