Special Warrants definition

Special Warrants means the special warrants issued by the Company, at a price of $0.10 per Special Warrant, pursuant to the Special Warrant Private Placement and entitling the holder thereof to acquire, for no additional consideration, one Common Share pursuant to the terms and conditions in the Special Warrant Certificates; and
Special Warrants means the special trust unit purchase warrants sold to a syndicate of underwriters on February 4, 2003, which warrants were exchanged for Trust Units upon their deemed exercise on March 7, 2003.
Special Warrants means special warrants issued by the Corporation in accordance with the Special Warrant Indenture;

More Definitions of Special Warrants

Special Warrants has the meaning ascribed thereto in the first paragraph of this Agreement;
Special Warrants means special warrants of the Company convertible into Common Shares.

Special Warrants means, collectively, the special warrants of the Company issued and certified hereunder entitling holders thereof to receive, upon the exercise or deemed exercise thereof and subject to adjustment hereunder, one Common Share, or such kind and amount of securities or property determined pursuant to Article 4 hereof;
Special Warrants means special warrants of the Issuer having the terms provided in Section 3 hereof and in the Special Warrant Indenture;
