Specialized Training definition

Specialized Training includes the training the Company provides to its Executives that is unique to its business and enhances Executive’s ability to perform Executive’s job duties effectively.
Specialized Training means college level courses providing at least 36 contact hours of training each in drinking water or waste water quality, drinking water or waste water treatment, drinking water distribution, or drinking water or waste water facility operation, offered by an accredited academic institution or an organization either accredited by the International Association of Continuing Education Training (IACET) or an authorized provider of IACET, or courses completed and deemed acceptable by the Department prior to January 1, 2001 for the purpose of operator certification.
Specialized Training is as defined in Section 10 of the Agreement.

Specialized Training includes the training the Company or an Affiliate provides to Employee that is unique to its business and enhances Employee’s ability to perform Employee’s job duties effectively.
Specialized Training. When the Employer has a need for Specialized Journeyman training, consistent with the semi-annually published Laborers Program schedule of classes, training will be provided at no cost to the Employer when a sufficient number of employees are available for classes and a program curriculum exists.
