Specification of Requirements definition

Specification of Requirements means the document setting out the Client's requirements for the Contract. Where the contract between the Client and the Consultant proceeds only on a purchase order and acceptance of that order, this phase means that purchase order and any document incorporated in the purchase order by reference setting out the Client’s requirement.
