Specified Aircraft definition

Specified Aircraft means the ACS Group Initial Aircraft with respect to which the Lessee under the related ACS Group Lease shall have entered into a Novation with respect to such ACS Group Lease.
Specified Aircraft means (a) an aircraft set forth in Schedule 1 to the Senior Aircraft Security Agreement or the Xxxxx Senior Aircraft Security Agreement, in each case as of the Third Amendment Effective Date, (b) an aircraft owned by the Grantors, directly or indirectly, as of the Third Amendment Effective Date as set forth in Exhibit A of the Third Amendment Officer’s Certificate, (c) any aircraft deemed to constitute a Specified Aircraft pursuant to the proviso to Section 4.1(h) and (d) any other aircraft Designated as Senior Tranche Collateral pursuant to Section 5.5(c) below.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Specified Aircraft SPVs shall not sell or otherwise transfer any Specified Aircraft, or assign any Specified Aircraft Leases, to any of the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries or to any other Person, except as required by the U.K. SAR Contract.

  • Upon such a substitution of Collateral and provided no Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, the Administrative Agent shall promptly deliver to the Borrower or such Loan Party the amount of such Net Proceeds received by the Administrative Agent with respect to such Collateral or Specified Aircraft relating to such Casualty.

  • The Loan Parties will not, and will not permit any Specified Aircraft SPV, to create, incur, assume or suffer to exist any Lien (other than Permitted Collateral Liens) on the Specified Aircraft other than in favor of the Administrative Agent.


More Definitions of Specified Aircraft

Specified Aircraft has the meaning given to such term in Section 5.02(g) hereof.
Specified Aircraft means the B737-300, B737-400, B737-500 and MD-82 aircraft and any aircraft that is at least 20 years old from its date of manufacture.
Specified Aircraft means Aircraft 92007, Aircraft 92008, Aircraft 92009, Aircraft 92010, Aircraft 92001, and Aircraft 92006. “Specified Aircraft Leases” means (i) the helicopter lease contract dated 30 January 2018 between LMWL and BALL in relation toAircraft 92007; (ii) the helicopter lease contract dated 30 January 2018 between LMWL and BALL in relation to Aircraft 92008; (iii) the helicopterlease contract dated 16 May 2018 between LMWL and BALL in relation to Aircraft 92009; and (iv) the helicopter lease contract entered into in July 2018 between LMWL and BALL in relation to Aircraft 92010.
Specified Aircraft means any or all (as the context may require) of Aircraft 1, Aircraft 2, Aircraft 3 and Aircraft 4 and includes where the context so admits a separate reference to the relevant:
Specified Aircraft. The Aircraft specified in the Prospectus as available for purchase by the Partnership with Gross Offering Proceeds. "S.P.L.C.": Security Pacific Leasing Corporation.
Specified Aircraft the numbers and types of aircraft listed on Schedule 1.1D together with related engines or spare engines, spare parts or other related equipment (including ground equipment).
Specified Aircraft means the 1994 Lxxx 31-A (Serial No. 099) Aircraft.
