Specified Default definition

Specified Default means a Default under Section 8.01(a), (f) or (g).
Specified Default means any Default under Section 10.01 or 10.05.
Specified Default means the occurrence of an Event of Default under Section 8.01(a), (f) or (g).

  • If the Borrower is required to provide cash collateral hereunder pursuant to Section 2.10(b)(ii), such cash collateral (to the extent not applied as set forth in this Section 2.05(l)) shall be returned to the Borrower as and to the extent that, after giving effect to such return, the aggregate Credit Exposures would not exceed the aggregate Commitments and no Specified Default or Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing.


More Definitions of Specified Default

Specified Default means the occurrence of any of the following:
Specified Default means any Event of Default under Sections 11.1 or 11.5.
