Specified Duration definition

Specified Duration means, with respect to any Floating Rate to be determined in accordance with a Screen Rate Determination on an Interest Determination Date, the duration specified in the relevant Final Terms or, if none is specified, a period of time equal to the relative Interest Accrual Period, ignoring any adjustment pursuant to Condition 5(c)(ii).
Specified Duration means, with respect to any Floating Rate to be determined on an Interest Determination Date, the duration specified in the Final Terms or Series Offering Document, as applicable, or, if none is specified, a period of time equal to the relative Interest Accrual Period, ignoring any adjustment pursuant to Condition 6(b).
Specified Duration means, with respect to any Floating Rate to be determined on an Interest Determination Date, the duration specified hereon or, if none is specified, a period of time equal to the relative Interest Accrual Period, ignoring any adjustment pursuant to Condition 5(b).

Examples of Specified Duration in a sentence

  • If “Linear Interpolation” is specified as applicable then the Calculation Agent will determine, based on Linear Interpolation, the Interest Rate for any specified Interest Calculation Period (or if no Interest Calculation Period is specified, each Interest Calculation Period not equal to the Specified Duration).

Specified Duration means, with respect to any Floating Rate to be determined in accordance with a Screen Rate Determination on an Interest Determination Date, the duration specified in the relevant Final Terms or, if none is specified, a period of time equal to the relative Interest Accrual Period, ignoring any adjustment pursuant to Condition 5(c)(ii). (b) Interest on Fixed Rate Notes Each Fixed Rate Note bears interest on its outstanding nominal amount from the Interest Commencement Date at the rate per annum (expressed as a percentage) equal to the Rate of Interest, such interest being payable in arrear on each Interest Payment Date except as otherwise provided in the relevant Final Terms. If a fixed amount of interest ("Fixed Coupon Amount") or a broken amount of interest ("Broken Amount") is specified in the relevant Final Terms, the amount of interest payable on each Interest Payment Date will amount to the Fixed Coupon Amount or, if applicable, the Broken Amount so specified and in the case of the Broken Amount will be payable on the particular Interest Payment Date(s) specified in the relevant Final Terms. (c) Interest on Floating Rate Notes
Specified Duration means, with respect to any Floating Rate to be determined on an Interest Determination Date, the period or duration specified in the Applicable Supplement or, if none is specified, a period of time equal to the relative Interest Period;
