Specified Employee Identification Date definition

Specified Employee Identification Date shall apply to all “nonqualified deferred compensation plans” (as defined in Treasury Regulation Section 1.409A-1(a)) of the Service Recipient and all affected Service Providers. The “Specified Employee Identification Date” may be changed by Sempra Energy, in its discretion, in accordance with Treasury Regulation Section 1.409A-1(i)(3).
