The Specified Individuals of Buyer are listed in Schedule 11 - Specified Individuals.
For purposes of this Section 6.3, the term “Designated Minority Stockholders” shall mean holders of shares of Company Common Stock other than (i) the Specified Individuals, (ii) the Specified Associates identified in Part 2.3(b) of the Disclosure Schedule and (iii) the Company’s directors and officers.
Each of the Specified Individuals and each of the Specified Associates owns his, her or its shares of Company Common Stock free and clear of any Encumbrances.
