Specified IP definition

Specified IP means that certain Intellectual Property which cannot be transferred or contributed to the applicable Co-Issuer due to applicable law, domain registrar restrictions or existing contractual restrictions.
Specified IP means U.S. patent numbers 5,812,819 and 5,598,536 and any corresponding foreign patents directly related thereto.
Specified IP means the Specified Software and Technology (including any Improvements thereto other than Company Requested Improvements) and the Exclusive XXXX Xxxxx.

More Definitions of Specified IP

Specified IP means the intellectual property that is related to or derived from an existing product line set forth on SCHEDULE S-1 hereto.

Specified IP means the Patents listed in Appendix D and patents and patent applications, filed in the United States or any other country or jurisdiction, that claim priority to a patent application or priority patent application listed in Appendix D, their respective additions, divisions, continuations, continuations-in-part, invention certificates, substitutions, reissues, reexaminations, extensions, registrations, utility models, supplementary protection certificates, renewals, and the counterparts and equivalents thereof.
Specified IP means Patents licensed or of which the right to use has been granted to any Group Company by the Purdue Research Foundation.
Specified IP means the Intellectual Properties listed in Exhibit B.
Specified IP means such Contributed Intellectual Property that is precluded from being contributed due to applicable law or regulation, domain registrar restrictions or existing contractual restrictions.
Specified IP means the intellectual property rights used or useful in the operation of the Specified Equipment or the conduct of the Manufacturing Process, including the intellectual property rights more particularly identified on Exhibit 1(d)(i).
