Specified IP definition

Specified IP means certain Contributed Intellectual Property which cannot be transferred or contributed directly or indirectly to IP Co due to applicable law, domain registrar restrictions or existing contractual restrictions.

Examples of Specified IP in a sentence

  • Licensor will notify Licensee periodically of the status of any pending Patents Rights contained in the Specified IP, including any office actions, notice of allowance, and required filings or payments concerning the Specified IP.

More Definitions of Specified IP

Specified IP means the intellectual property that is related to or derived from an existing product line set forth on SCHEDULE S-1 hereto.
Specified IP means U.S. patent numbers 5,812,819 and 5,598,536 and any corresponding foreign patents directly related thereto.

Specified IP means the Patents listed in Appendix D and patents and patent applications, filed in the United States or any other country or jurisdiction, that claim priority to a patent application or priority patent application listed in Appendix D, their respective additions, divisions, continuations, continuations-in-part, invention certificates, substitutions, reissues, reexaminations, extensions, registrations, utility models, supplementary protection certificates, renewals, and the counterparts and equivalents thereof.
Specified IP means the intellectual property rights used or useful in the operation of the Specified Equipment or the conduct of the Manufacturing Process, including the intellectual property rights more particularly identified on Exhibit 1(d)(i).
Specified IP means the Intellectual Property set forth in Schedule 4.
Specified IP means the Intellectual Property Rights that are necessary to make, use, sell or offer to sell a Covered Product in the Territory.
