Specified Lease definition

Specified Lease means, at any time of determination, any lease under --------------- which an aircraft is leased to the Lessee, if the Owner Participant or an Affiliate of the Owner Participant, or a trustee for the benefit of the Owner Participant or an Affiliate of the Owner Participant, shall be the lessor under such lease.
Specified Lease. (i) that certain Build to Suit Lease Agreement (Millhaven Distribution Center) dated May 3, 2017 and (ii) that certain Build to Suit Lease Agreement (Millhaven Manufacturing Facility) dated May 3, 2017, in each case, between Excel Inc., d/b/a DHL Supply Chain (USA) and the Company.
Specified Lease means, with respect to any Specified Interest, a Lease identified (i) in the Schedule of Leases and Vehicles attached to a Titling Trust Specification Notice with respect to such Specified Interest, (ii) in an Addition Notice as having been added to such Specified Interest, or (iii) in a Reallocation Notice as having been reallocated to such Specified Interest. However, a Lease will no longer be a Specified Lease with respect to any Specified Interest as of the date on which (i) such Lease has been transferred from the Titling Trust pursuant to Section 4.3(e) or (ii) such Lease has been reallocated to another Specified Interest pursuant to Section 4.3(f).

Examples of Specified Lease in a sentence

  • In the event that any Specified Leases have not been terminated and remain in effect as of the Closing, each such remaining Specified Lease shall be assigned to and assumed by Purchaser at the Closing (each such Specified Lease, an “Assigned Specified Lease”).

  • In the event that Seller may provide notice under a Specified Lease in order to prevent such Specified Lease from being renewed or extended for a period extending beyond the Closing Date, Seller shall, and shall cause its Affiliates to, use reasonable best efforts to timely provide such notice as soon as permitted under such Specified Lease.


More Definitions of Specified Lease

Specified Lease means, with respect to any Series Interest, a Lease identified (i) in the Schedule of Leases and Leased Vehicles attached to a Series Supplement with respect to such Series Interest, (ii) in an Allocation Notice as having been added to such Series Interest, or (iii) in a Reallocation Notice as having been reallocated to such Series Interest. However, a Lease will no longer be a Specified Lease with respect to any Series Interest as of the date on which (i) such Lease has been transferred by the Company (on its own behalf or on behalf of or with respect to such Series) or such Series pursuant to Section 4.3(d) or (ii) such Lease has been reallocated to and associated with another Series Interest pursuant to Section 4.3(e).
Specified Lease means the $17,000,000 Capitalized Lease with respect to the Borrower’s Illinois facilities
Specified Lease means a Specified Asset of any Specified Interest that is a Titling Trust Lease.
