Specified Overcollateralization Amount definition

Specified Overcollateralization Amount means for any Distribution Date, the greater of:
Specified Overcollateralization Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the excess, if any, of (a) the Specified Credit Enhancement Amount over (b) the Specified Reserve Balance, each with respect to such Distribution Date.
Specified Overcollateralization Amount. As defined in the Insurance Agreement.

Specified Overcollateralization Amount means, as of any Distribution Date, 2.0% of the initial Asset Balance.
