Specified Product definition

Specified Product means a product that involves all of the following services:
Specified Product means a Sole Source Product, Proprietary Product, or generic Materials with specific features, components, constituents, elements, or qualities that are described in the Specifications at the time the Agreement is signed.
Specified Product means the product of the number of Energy Blocks awarded to the Seller in accordance with the Buyer’s RFP and the Energy Block Size, as set forth in a Transaction Confirmation.

More Definitions of Specified Product

Specified Product means levofloxacin solution for inhalation, also known as of the date of this Agreement as “MP-376” and commercially as “QUINSAIR™”.

Specified Product means any Product in respect of which royalties or amounts will be due under the License Agreement.
Specified Product means the Borrower’s cerebrospinal fluid cancer diagnostic portfolio known as CNSide®.
Specified Product means new electrical and electronic equipment and components listed in Schedule A.1 or A.2 of Implementing Arrangement 1;
Specified Product means any product that (a) is approved in oncology, (b) is not a Collaboration Product or Regorafenib Product and (c) is a pharmaceutical form or dosage of a Specified Molecule.
