Specified Property definition

Specified Property means property for which an election has been made for a special elective benefit.
Specified Property means property that is a computer or industrial machinery and equipment in- cluding pollution control equipment and depreciable replacement parts for that property.

More Definitions of Specified Property

Specified Property means any generation, transformation, transmission or distribution facility of Enel Chile or any Subsidiary, whether at the date of the Indenture owned or thereafter acquired, including any land, buildings, structures or machinery and other fixtures that constitute any such facility, or portion thereof.
Specified Property means the Manufacturing Facilities and Timberlands.

Specified Property means, as of the Closing, each property listed in the column titled “Address of Specified Property Owned by such Xxxxx Oxford Subsidiaryon Schedule 5.3; provided that any property exchanged or substituted for a Specified Property pursuant to the terms of this Agreement and the other Note Documentation shall be considered “Specified Property” for all purposes hereunder and thereunder.
Specified Property means that Insured Property described in the Declarations for this Coverage only while at a Location(s) specified on the Declarations Page.
