Specified Software definition

Specified Software means the computer software which is to be supported by the Service Provider as set out in the Scope Document;
Specified Software. Such software (other than the Licensed Program and Support/Control Programs), programming, and services which COMPANY from time to time specifies or requires in connection with utilization of the Computer System, the Licensed Program and the Support/Control Programs.
Specified Software shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.21(a).

  • The Service Provider’s obligation to pay all third party subscription licence fees in respect of any Specified Software on behalf of the Client is subject to the Service Provider receiving such fees from the Client by the due date for payment.

  • Such terms may include the right of such third party to suspend provision of the Specified Software and delete any Client data held by such third party at the point of suspension in the event of a breach of the licence terms due to an act or omission of the Client.


More Definitions of Specified Software

Specified Software. Such software programs, programming and services which Franchisor from time to time specifies or requires in connection with utilization of the Computer System, including any replacements, modifications, upgrades or updates thereto which Franchisor designates, and whether developed by, for, or on behalf of Franchisor, its Affiliate or an independent third party.
Specified Software. Such software, programming, and services which Company from time to time specifies or requires for use by developers of Restaurants.
Specified Software has the meaning set out in clause 7.1(a).
Specified Software means and include all current and previous versions (including without limitation all such versions for particular hardware platforms and/or operating environments) of (i) all Software now and/or previously designed, developed (in whole or in part), under development (in whole or in part), released, marketed, licensed to third parties, supported, maintained, sold or distributed by or for the Company or any of its predecessors or present or former Subsidiaries and (ii) without limitation of clause (i), the Software listed or described in the Specified Assets Exhibit under the heading "Specified Software".
Specified Software means any software, including without limitation operating system software, application programs, hardware device drivers for interfacing with audio CD players, and/or maps, irrespective of the form or medium in which such software is embodied, including magnetic and/or optical storage media, CD-ROMs, firmware, and any other media now known or hereafter invented, which software is created by or for ANSLC, Amerigon, an ANSLC Affiliate or an Amerigon Affiliate or which is created, manufactured, distributed, used or sold pursuant to license or authorization from ANSLC, Amerigon, an ANSLC Affiliate or an Amerigon Affiliate.
Specified Software means the Software applications set forth on Schedule 30 (Specified Software).
Specified Software means the Software listed in Section 5.8 of the Seller Disclosure Letter.
