Spectrum Lease definition

Spectrum Lease means any lease, license, agreement or other arrangement to which any Note Party is now or may hereafter become a party pursuant to which any Note Party leases, licenses or otherwise acquires or obtains any rights, whether exclusive or non-exclusive, with respect to radiofrequency specified in an Underlying License, in each case, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Spectrum Lease means any lease, license, agreement or other arrangement pursuant to which the Issuers or any Guarantor leases, licenses or otherwise acquires or obtains any rights, whether exclusive or non-exclusive, with respect to any FCC License, to which the Issuers or any Guarantor is now or may hereafter become a party, as amended, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms of the Indenture.
Spectrum Lease any lease, license, agreement or other arrangement pursuant to which the Issuers or any Restricted Subsidiary leases, licenses or otherwise acquires or obtains any rights, whether exclusive or non-exclusive, with respect to any FCC License, to which the Issuers or any Restricted Subsidiary is now or may hereafter become a party, as amended, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof.

Examples of Spectrum Lease in a sentence

  • Upon any expiration or termination of this Agreement, Sensus’ and Customer’s obligations hereunder shall cease and the software as a service and Spectrum Lease shall immediately cease.

  • This written Agreement, including all of its exhibits and the Spectrum Lease, represents the entire understanding between and obligations of the parties and supersedes all prior understandings, agreements, negotiations, and proposals, whether written or oral, formal or informal between the parties.

  • The Company has no knowledge of any event which, upon the giving of notice or the passage of time, or both, would give rise to any default in the performance by it or, to its knowledge, any other party thereto, of any obligation under any Material Contract or Spectrum Lease.


More Definitions of Spectrum Lease

Spectrum Lease means a Long-Term De Facto Transfer Lease Agreement in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit C.
Spectrum Lease means any written agreement, together with all amendments, waivers, notices to these written agreements, under which any of the Company or its Subsidiaries (i) leases the right to use the transmission capacity associated with an FCC License that confers an exclusive right to use spectrum.
Spectrum Lease means the Long-Term De Facto Transfer Spectrum Lease Agreement to be entered into between USCC and ALLTEL as of the Closing Date in the form attached as Exhibit B to the Facilities Use Agreement.
