Spin-Off Date definition

Spin-Off Date means the date on which the Spin Off is consummated.
Spin-Off Date means the date of the Spin-off.

Examples of Spin-Off Date in a sentence

  • The representations, warranties and covenants of the Parties contained in this Agreement or made pursuant to this Agreement will continue from and after the Spin-Off Date.

More Definitions of Spin-Off Date

Spin-Off Date means the date on which the Spin-Off is effective pursuant to the terms of the Separation Agreement.
