SpinCo Real Property definition

SpinCo Real Property means (a) all of the Real Property owned by SpinCo or another member of the SpinCo Group as of the Effective Time listed or described on Schedule 1.4(a), and (b) all the Real Property Leases related to the SpinCo Business or to which SpinCo or another member of the SpinCo Group is a party as of the Effective Time, except as set forth on Schedule 1.4(b).

SpinCo Real Property has the meaning set forth in the definition of “SpinCo Assets.”

SpinCo Real Property means, collectively, the SpinCo Owned Real Property and the SpinCo Leased Real Property.

SpinCo Real Property means (a) all of the Real Property owned by either Party or member of its Group as of immediately prior to the Effective Time listed or described on Schedule 1.7(a), (b) the Real Property Leases to which either Party or member of its Group is party as of immediately prior to the Effective Time set forth on Schedule 1.7(b) (“SpinCo Leases”) and (c) all recorded Real Property notices, easements and obligations with respect to the Real Property and/or Real Property Leases described in clauses (a) and (b) of this paragraph.

SpinCo Real Property means the Real Property identified on Schedule 1.01(m).

SpinCo Real Property means (a) all of the Real Property owned by SpinCo or any member of the SpinCo Group as of the Effective Time, (b) the Real Property Leases to which SpinCo or any member of the SpinCo Group is a party as of the Effective Time (the “SpinCo Real Property Leases”), and (c) all recorded Real Property notices, easements, and obligations with respect to the Real Property and/or Real Property Leases described in the foregoing clauses (a) and (b).

SpinCo Real Property means (i) the Owned Real Property set forth on Schedule 1.5(i), and (ii) the Leased Real Property set forth on Schedule 1.5(ii).

SpinCo Real Property means all right, title and interest in real property primarily used in the Business except for any Real Property subject to Lease Agreements where Spinco is the lessee of real property from a TWDC Entity.
