Sponsor Group definition

Sponsor Group means the Sponsors and the Sponsor Related Parties.
Sponsor Group means Kohlberg Kravis Xxxxxxx & Co. L.P., TPG Capital L.P., and Xxxxxxx, Sachs & Co.
Sponsor Group means the Sponsor and any of its Subsidiaries or Affiliates other than Affiliates that are operating companies or Controlled by operating companies.

  • None of any Group Member, any Member or any other Person shall have any rights by virtue of an Officer’s or Director’s duties as an Officer or Director, this Agreement or any Group Member Agreement in any business ventures of the Sponsor Group or any Officer, Director or their respective Affiliates.

More Definitions of Sponsor Group

Sponsor Group shall have the meaning set forth in the second recital.
Sponsor Group means the collective reference to (i) the Sponsors and (ii) any other Person that directly or indirectly, is in control of, is controlled by, or is under common control with, the Sponsor (other than portfolio companies). For purposes of this definition, “control” of a Person means the power, directly or indirectly, to direct or cause the direction of the management and policies of such Person whether by contract or otherwise.
Sponsor Group means Bxxx Capital Partners LLC, Kohlberg Kravis Rxxxxxx & Co. L.P., and Mxxxxxx Lxxxx Global Private Equity.
Sponsor Group means the IIAC Sponsor together with its Affiliates.
Sponsor Group has the meaning set forth in Section 8.19.
Sponsor Group has the meaning set forth in Section 11.16(b)(i).
