Sponsored Research Agreement definition

Sponsored Research Agreement means the agreement between LICENSEE and MSK containing the terms and conditions under which the sponsored research at MSK will be performed.

Sponsored Research Agreement means a research agreement entered into by and between the Parties as of the Effective Date of this Agreement.
