Sponsor’s Fee definition

Sponsor’s Fee means the fee to be paid to the Sponsor, which for each day shall be equal to (.004/365 or 366, depending on the number of days in the year) multiplied by (the Swiss Francs in the Trust as of the close of business on the preceding Local Business Day, which shall include all unpaid interest but exclude unpaid fees, each as accrued through the immediately preceding day).
Sponsor’s Fee has the meaning specified in Section 5.13(a).
Sponsor’s Fee means the fee to be paid to the Sponsor, which for each day shall be equal to (.004/365 or 366, depending on the number of days in the year) multiplied by (the Australian Dollars in the Trust as of the close of business on the preceding Local Business Day, which shall include all unpaid interest but exclude unpaid fees, each as accrued through the immediately preceding day).

Examples of Sponsor’s Fee in a sentence

  • On the first day of each month that is both a Local Business Day and a New York Business Day, the Trustee will make withdrawals from the Non-Interest Account to pay the accrued Sponsor’s Fee for the previous month plus any other Trust expenses.

  • The Sponsor also shall not (unless the Sponsor otherwise determines) revise Sponsor’s Fee calculations to reflect differences between estimated and final numbers (including differences which have resulted in economic benefit to a Sponsor Party).

  • As partial consideration for the Sponsor’s services, the Trust pays Grayscale a Sponsor’s Fee as discussed in Note 6.

  • The Sponsor’s Fee shall be accrued daily but paid monthly in arrears.

  • The Sponsor may, at its sole discretion and from time to time, waive all or a portion of the Sponsor’s Fee for such period(s) of time it specifies in a notice of such fee waiver to the Trustee.


More Definitions of Sponsor’s Fee

Sponsor’s Fee in Section 1.1 of the FXA Agreement is hereby deleted and replaced with the following:
Sponsor’s Fee shall have the meaning set forth in the Servicing Agreement.

Sponsor’s Fee means the fee paid by the Trust to the Sponsor in consideration for the Sponsor’s duties and its assumption of the ordinary administrative and marketing expenses that the Trust is expected to incur. The Sponsor’s Fee will accrue daily and will be payable in cash as provided pursuant to the Trust’s Registration Statement monthly in arrears.
Sponsor’s Fee means the fee to be paid to the Sponsor, which for each day shall be equal to (.004/365 or 366, depending on the number of days in the year) multiplied by (the Chinese Renminbi in the Trust as of the close of business on the preceding Local Business Day, which shall include all unpaid interest but exclude unpaid fees, each as accrued through the immediately preceding day).
