Sponsorship Entitlements definition

Sponsorship Entitlements means the benefits the State is to receive in consideration for its support of the Initiative as set out in Item 7 of Schedule 1.
Sponsorship Entitlements means the benefits the Sponsor will receive described in Annexure A in relation to their selected Sponsorship Levels or Exhibition Package.

Examples of Sponsorship Entitlements in a sentence

  • Completion Date <<Insert>> The Completion Date should be the last day upon which: any activity takes place in relation to the Initiative any part of the Sponsorship Entitlements or In-Kind Support are to be delivered any part of the Sponsorship Fee is to be paid or any report is due.

Sponsorship Entitlements means the benefits associated with sponsorship of the Initiative set out in Item 5 of Schedule 1.
Sponsorship Entitlements means the benefits the Project Manager is to receive in consideration for its sponsorship of the Initiative as set out in Item 6 of Schedule 1.

Related to Sponsorship Entitlements

  • Partnership Entities means the General Partner and each member of the Partnership Group.

  • Partnership Entity means any of the Partnership Entities.

  • Sponsorship means the sponsorship element of the Package as set out in the Application Form; and

  • Seller Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.13(a).

  • Management Arrangements means the arrangements for the strategic management of the relationship between the Authority and the Contractor, including arrangements for monitoring of the Contractor’s compliance with the Specification, the Service Levels, the Award Procedures and the terms of this Framework Agreement, set out in Schedule 4.

  • Acquired Company means any business, corporation or other entity acquired by the Company or any Subsidiary.

  • Collocation is an arrangement where CenturyLink provides space in CenturyLink Premises for the placement of CLEC's equipment to be used for the purpose of Interconnection or access to CenturyLink Unbundled Network Elements. "Collocation – Point of Interconnection" or "C-POI" is the point outside CenturyLink's Wire Center where CLEC's fiber facility meets CenturyLink's Fiber Entrance Facility, except where CLEC uses an Express Fiber Entrance Facility. In either case, CenturyLink will extend or run the Fiber Entrance Facility to CLEC's Collocation Space. "Commercial Mobile Radio Service" or "CMRS" is defined in 47 U.S.C. § 332 and FCC rules and orders interpreting that statute.

  • Group Companies means the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Providers means individuals or organizations --------- licensed to practice dentistry (including specialists) as well as other dental professionals who provide ancillary reimbursable dental services.

  • Seller Employees shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 7.4(a) hereof.

  • Seller Plan means any Employee Benefit Plan that is maintained or sponsored by the Seller or any Subsidiaries of the Seller (other than the Companies and their Subsidiaries) for the benefit of any current or former NewCo Employee.

  • Transferred Entities means the entities set forth on Schedule 1.5.

  • Third Party Payors means Medicare, Medicaid, CHAMPUS, Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield, private insurers and any other Person which presently or in the future maintains Third Party Payor Programs.

  • Service Providers has the meaning set out in Section 9(e).

  • Operators means the Access Provider and the Access Seeker collectively.
