Sporting Equipment definition

Sporting Equipment means specialized equipment that are used to participate in a recognized physical sport but excludes the following:
Sporting Equipment means equipment needed and used to participate in a particular sport and which can be carried about with you.
Sporting Equipment means and includes, but is not limited to golf, hockey, equestrian, hunting, fishing, skiing, windsurfing, hang-gliding, mountain climbing gear or equipment or other personal portable equipment used in the pursuit of leisure, games, or recreation on land or in water or air, but which is not motorized.

Examples of Sporting Equipment in a sentence

  • Baggage Extension of Coverage: If an Insured’s Baggage, Sporting Equipment, passports and visas are in the charge of a Common Carrier and delivery is delayed, coverage will be extended from the earlier/est of: 1) the time until the Common Carrier delivers the property to the Insured; 2) 7 days after the date the Trip was scheduled to be completed.

  • If the sporting equipment is delayed after the Insured has reached his/her Return Destination and the Common Carrier makes a charge for delivery, the Company will reimburse the Insured the reasonable cost to deliver theInsured’s sporting equipment to his/her Return Destination or residence, not to exceed the Sporting Equipment Delay Maximum Limit shown in the Schedule.

  • Baggage and Sporting Equipment Delay Proof of Loss: The Insured must provide documentation of the delay or misdirection of the Baggage and/or sporting equipment by the Common Carrier and receipts for the Necessary Personal Effects and sporting equipment rental purchases.

  • At our option, we may elect to repair or replace your Sporting Equipment.We may take all or part of damaged Sporting Equipment as a condition for payment of loss.

  • Business Equipment, Sporting Equipment, household furniture, musical instruments, brittle or fragile articles; or3.

  • Sporting Equipment Rental BenefitWe will reimburse the Insured a Sporting Equipment Rental Benefit, for expenses to rent sporting equipment, up to the corresponding Maximum Covered Amount per Insured shown in the Schedule, if the Insured’s sporting equipment is lost, stolen or damaged while on a Covered Trip.

  • This Items Subject to Special Limitations paragraph does not apply to Electronic and Professional Equipment or Sporting Equipment Rental Benefit.

  • The following provision applies to Accident/Sickness Medical Expense, Baggage/Personal Effects, Sporting Equipment and Car Rental Collision Coverage:Subrogation - To the extent the Company pays for a Loss suffered by an Insured, the Company will take over the rights and remedies the Insured had relating to the Loss.

  • The Sporting Equipment must be owned by You and not loaned, hired or entrusted to You.

  • Golf and sporting equipment (optional)This section only applies if the appropriate additional premium has been paid and Golf and Sporting Equipment cover is shown on Your Policy Schedule.

Term Meaning Sporting Standards means all relevant design and operational standards, regulations, codes, guidelines, laws of the game, rules of the game, manuals, handbooks and other like concepts (as amended, updated or replaced from time to time) of professional sporting bodies and their state, national and international representatives, which apply to or govern the Sporting Codes (including the facility, Engineering Services, Sporting Equipment and other furniture, fittings and equipment, supporting infrastructure and operational practices for such Sporting Codes) that, based on the Output Specifications,
Sporting Equipment means clothing, helmets, footwear, protective gear or equipment used when participating in recreational or competitive sport, but does not include a bicycle a firearm, a power driven vehicle or a power driven item of any kind.
Sporting Equipment has the meaning given to it in Annexure E (Glossary) of Schedule 13 (Services Specifications).
Sporting Equipment means any sports equipment brought by you, which may be carried on a Tigerair service as either Cabin Baggage or Checked Baggage in accordance with our Policies.

  • Metering Equipment means all metering equipment installed at the metering points designated in the appropriate appendix to an Interconnection Service Agreement. Minimum State of Charge:

  • Mobility enhancing equipment means equipment, other than durable medical equipment or a motor vehicle or equipment on a motor vehicle normally provided by a motor vehicle manufacturer, dispensed pursuant to a prescription, including repair or replacement parts for that equipment, that is all of the following:

  • Data Processing Equipment means any equipment, computer hardware, or computer software (and the lease or licensing agreements related thereto) other than Personal Computers, owned or leased by the Failed Bank at Bank Closing, which is, was, or could have been used by the Failed Bank in connection with data processing activities.

  • Farm equipment means equipment used directly for farming

  • Electrical equipment means underground equipment that contains dielectric fluid that is necessary for the operation of equipment such as transformers and buried electrical cable.

  • Standard equipment means the basic configuration of a vehicle which is equipped with all the features that are required under the regulatory acts of the Contracting Party including all features that are fitted without giving rise to any further specifications on configuration or equipment level.

  • Leased Equipment means the equipment which may include but not limited to modem provided by TM on lease basis to enable usage of the Service by the Customer, as may be decided by TM from time to time at its sole discretion.
