Sports Tribunal definition

Sports Tribunal means the Sports Tribunal of New Zealand established under the Sport and Recreation New Zealand Act 2002 and continued under the Sports Anti-Doping Act 2006.

  • If any dispute or difference arises between the NZOC and the NSO concerning the interpretation or application of this Agreement that cannot be resolved in accordance with clause 19.1, it shall be solely and exclusively determined by the Sports Tribunal.

WADA means the World Anti-Doping Agency.
