SPS Valuation Date definition

SPS Valuation Date means the SPS Redemption Valuation Date or the Strike Date, as applicable.
SPS Valuation Date means the Knock-in Determination Day or the Strike Date as applicable.
SPS Valuation Date means each Automatic Early Redemption Valuation Date or the Strike Date, as applicable.
