SPV Product Sales Holder means Driven Product Sourcing LLC, a special purpose Delaware limited liability company and a direct, wholly owned subsidiary of the Issuer. “STA” means the Securities Transfer Act or similar legislation (including, without limitation, the Civil Code of Québec) of any Canadian jurisdictions the laws of which are required by such legislation to be applied in connection with Lien on any “security”, “financial asset”, “security entitlement”, “certificated security” and “uncertificated security”, and includes all regulations from time to time made under such legislation. “Subclass” means, with respect to any Class of any Series of Notes, any one of the subclasses of Notes of such Class as specified in the applicable Series Supplement.
