ST Business definition

ST Business means the sale, manufacture, design and or development of NOR Flash Memory Products, NAND Flash Memory Products, Phase Change Memory Products and Stacked Memory Products.
ST Business means (i) the businesses conducted by the subsidiaries of ST set forth on Schedule 1.1(ttt)(i) hereto, (ii) the pharmaceutical industry automated sales and marketing support business of IMS Health Strategic Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation and wholly owned subsidiary of IMS, and the businesses of certain other foreign subsidiaries of IMS, as set forth on Schedule 1.1(ttt)(ii) hereto, and (iii) the interactive and direct marketing business of IMS, including the ▇▇▇▇▇-▇’▇▇▇▇▇ business, as set forth on Schedule 1.1(ttt)(iii) hereto.
ST Business shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto.
