ST Products refers to each type of ST or any other contractual arrangement entered into between you and us, including any transaction liable to Margin, that TRADE NATION offers from time to time as set out in the Market Information Sheets or as otherwise notified by us to you;

ST Products means NOR Flash Memory Products, NAND Flash Memory Products, and Stacked Memory Products, including those listed on Schedule 1.1(c) of the ST ACA Disclosure Letter.

Subject to all limitations described herein, Licensee is authorized to have third party contractors exercise for Licensee and on Licensee’s behalf the license rights as set forth above, provided that Licensee ensures such contractors are aware of and comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
