Examples of Stabilizing Manager in a sentence
The Stabilizing Manager may, in its sole and absolute discretion, appoint any person to be its agent for the purposes of taking any stabilization actions.
Any stabilization actions taken by the Stabilizing Manager and/or any person acting for it as stabilizing manager shall be conducted in compliance with the Securities and Futures (Price Stabilizing) Rules under the Securities and Futures Ordinance and all other applicable Laws and may be discontinued at any time.
Any such agent shall have the rights and authorities conferred upon the Stabilizing Manager pursuant to this Clause 7.

All liabilities, expenses and losses arising from stabilization activities and transactions effected by the Stabilizing Manager or any person acting for it as stabilizing manager shall be for the respective accounts of the International Underwriters in the same proportions, as nearly as may be practicable, as the respective International Placing Underwriting Commitments of the International Underwriters, and may be deducted from the commissions payable to the International Underwriters.
