Stacked Parking definition

Stacked Parking means the parking of one vehicle directly behind another where the second vehicle blocks access to the street, alley, drive aisle, etcetera of the first vehicle.
Stacked Parking means a parking space that is positioned above or below another parking space and is accessed by means of an elevating device.
Stacked Parking means parking in which vehicles are parked immediately in front of, behind, or adjacent to other vehicles without each vehicle being adjacent to a maneuvering aisle or drive. Stacked parking is permitted for valet parking only.
