Stadium Event definition

Stadium Event shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.1. “State” shall mean the State of Nevada.

Stadium Event means an event taking place in the ‘bowl’ of the Etihad Stadium under the terms of a general safety certificate or special safety certificate.

Stadium Event means any TMO Home Baseball Game, TMO Special Event, City Event, Mutually Sponsored Event, and/or LSC Home Soccer Game.

Examples of Stadium Event in a sentence

• The Licensee will have access to the Stadium and, if applicable, the Seat(s), for a Team Game or Stadium Event only upon presentation of a ticket(s) for admission to Team Game or Stadium Event.

• In addition, CONTRACTOR specifically acknowledges and agrees that the training program will be coordinated with the Vikings to train specifically for the Vikings’ standard of service (such as the Skol training program standards) for any employee that will work a Viking’s Team Stadium Event.

• The Licensee will be bound by the terms and conditions established from time to time by each Stadium Party for cancellation or postponement of any Team Game or Stadium Event.

• After receipt of incident report information from CONTRACTOR, SMG will provide the Vikings with a consolidated report of all incidents occurring at a Team Stadium Event; provided, however, that SMG will provide copies of original reports to the Vikings for all Team Stadium Events.

• Neither the Authority nor the PSL Agent will have any responsibility or liability to the Licensee on account of any cancellation or postponement or other failure or deficiency in the conduct of any Team Game or Stadium Event, including but not limited to any cancellation on account of any strike or other labor disturbance or any condition in or around the Stadium.

More Definitions of Stadium Event

Stadium Event shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.

Stadium Event means events held at a facility with permanent seating and accommodations for more than one thousand spectators.

Stadium Event shall have the meaning set forth within this Agreement and in Exhibit “A” to this Agreement, and any term not defined herein or therein shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the specific Parking and Traffic Plan in which such term is used.

Stadium Event means any event that takes place in the Stadium for which the City is contractually obligated to provide parking, but if any such event primarily concerns the use only of the Minimum Arena Spaces, such use may only by undertaken as agreed by Developer.

Stadium Event has the meaning given by clause 6.2. All other terms not defined above shall have the same meaning as set out in the Contract. Unless expressly provided otherwise in these terms, where the Client is more than one person or entity or payment of the Licence Fee is funded by one or more entity or person (“Co-obligors”) then the Co-obligors shall be jointly and severally liable for their obligations under the Contract. The Club may take action against, or release or compromise the liability of, a Co-obligor, without affecting the liability of any other Co-obligor.
