Stadium Lease definition

Stadium Lease means the Stadium Lease Agreement dated as of the Effective Date between the Authority, as lessor, and StadCo, as lessee, and covering the Land and Stadium Project Improvements, as the same may be amended, supplemented, modified, renewed or extended from time to time as provided therein.
Stadium Lease means that certain Stadium Lease Agreement dated as of March 28, 2018 by and between the Authority and StadCo, as the same may be amended, amended and restated, restated, renewed or extended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
