Staff person definition

Staff person means any assisted living facility employee, tem- porary employee, or contractor, whether employed or retained by the licensee or any management company or volunteer.
Staff person means a person who is either employed by a center or under contract for a center to perform the functions identified in s. HFS 52.12 (1) (a) or (2) (i).
