The Ownership Interest in respect of any Bank Purchaser will change from time to time, except as provided in paragraphs (b) or (c) of this Section, whenever the Investment of such Bank Purchaser, the related Reserve, the Eligible Receivables, or the Standard Concentration Limit or Special Concentration Limit with respect to any Obligor changes.
