Standard Contract Clauses definition

Standard Contract Clauses means the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses for the transfer of Personal Data from the European Union to processors established in third countries (controller-to-processor transfers), as set out in the Agreement to Commission Decision 2010/87/EU.
Standard Contract Clauses means any standard clauses issued from time to time by an authorised Regulator with respect to the Processing of Personal Data, including Model Clauses as issued by the European Commission.
Standard Contract Clauses means the standard contract clauses set out by the European Commission in the COMMISSION IMPLEMENTING DECISION on standard contractual clauses for the transfer of Personal Data to third countries pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 as may be amended or superseded from time to time;

More Definitions of Standard Contract Clauses

Standard Contract Clauses means the standard data protection clauses for the transfer of personal data to processors established in third countries which do not ensure an adequate level of data protection, as described in Article 46 of the GDPR.
