Standard Premium means the basic premium for the coverage under this Certified Plan, as charged by the Company to the Policy Holder on an overall Portfolio basis, which may be adjusted in accordance with the Age, gender and/or lifestyle factors of the Insured Person.

More Definitions of Standard Premium

Standard Premium means the total premium paid by or on behalf of an employer for a given policy year including any premium size factor adjustment, excluding the assessments for the disabled workers' relief fund and the administrative cost fund. In determining standard premium, total premium paid will not be reduced by any rebates or dividends issued pursuant to rule 4123-17-10 of the Administrative Code.
