Standard Price definition

Standard Price means the Cobalt Standard Grade Metal Bulletin free market (which, as of the Execution Date, is the average of the Metal Bulletin Low Grade Low and Low Grade High prices) $ per pound in warehouse, as most recently published in the Metal Bulletin, or in the event this index ceases to be published or ceases to be the appropriate benchmark, an alternative reference price mutually agreed to by the Seller and the Purchaser, provided that to the extent that such Metal Bulletin price or such alternative reference price consists of a range then the average of such range shall be utilised.
Standard Price means Openreach’s standard non-discounted prices for the Primary Service including the Standard Connection Price and Standard Rental Price as set out in the Openreach Price List and as amended from time to time pursuant to the terms of the Primary Contract;
Standard Price means the price of a good or service without any conditions or qualifications, and not described as a special price or similar term;

Examples of Standard Price in a sentence

  • If the designated Mobile Monthly Plan or HomePhone+ is terminated/disconnected for whatsoever reason on the bill date of the Service, the Super Value Price of that month will not apply and the Customer will be charged the Standard Price.

  • The Company will check the account status of the designated Mobile Monthly Plan or HomePhone+ on every bill date of the Service to determine whether Super Value Price or the Standard Price will be charged for the Service to the Customer.

  • If the designated Mobile Monthly Plan or HomePhone+ is terminated/disconnected for whatsoever reason on the ▇▇▇▇ date of the Service, the Super Value Price of that month will not apply and the Customer will be charged the Standard Price.

More Definitions of Standard Price

Standard Price means GBG’s standard Charges for the use of Datasets provided as part of the Service as set out in the Order Form and updated by GBG from time to time.
Standard Price means the price for each live chicken determined by the Committee from time to time to be paid by Processors to Growers pursuant to section 10 of the Act or failing agreement amongst members of the Committee by an Arbitrator pursuant to section 13 of the Act.
