Standard Security definition

Standard Security means the ‘Mortgage Security’; and
Standard Security means the standard security by the Shared Equity Owner in favour of Scottish Ministers for the Shared Equity Owner’s obligations in terms of this Agreement; and
Standard Security means a valid and duly executed standard security in accordance with paragraph [12 ] of the Schedule Part 3, and in terms acceptable to the Council;
