Standard Services definition

Standard Services means the standard Services referred to in Schedule 1 (Services) of this Framework Agreement;

Standard Services means the standard services referred to in Schedule 1 "Standard Services Award Criteria" means the award criteria to be applied for the award of Call-Off Contracts for Standard Services as set out in Schedule 2

Examples of Standard Services in a sentence

• The terms of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect for any Standard Services and Additional Services Authorizations (for authorizing the performance of work under this Agreement) executed prior to the expiration of this Agreement.

• The Standard Services Compensation and Additional Services Compensation do not include local, state or federal sales, use, gross receipts, excise, personal property or other similar taxes or duties with respect to the Services, and such taxes or duties shall be assumed and paid for by the Consultant.

• The following are attached and incorporated herein: Attachment A: Standard Terms of Compensation Attachment B: Scope Attachment Form This Agreement and the Standard Services and Additional Services Authorizations issued pursuant to this Agreement constitute the entire understanding between the Consultant and the Owner relative to the matters identified herein, and may not be amended or modified except by a written amendment duly executed by the Owner and the Consultant.

• The Owner shall pay the Consultant the Standard Services Compensation in accordance with the Terms and conditions of this Agreement and as described herein.

More Definitions of Standard Services

Standard Services means the services provided by the Council within the BID Area as set out in Schedule 2 to this Agreement. Term the period commencing on 00:01 on 1 April 2021 and ending on 23:59 on 31 March 2026.

Standard Services means services other than professional services and human services.
