Standstill Event definition

Standstill Event means the occurrence of any one or more of the Events of Default under the Acquisition Note.
Standstill Event means the occurrence of a Default under the Senior Notes except as provided in clause (d) of Section 6.02 (Payment Blockage Provisions).
Standstill Event means the occurrence of a Default (as such term is defined in the Senior Note Indenture) under the Senior Notes except as provided in clause (d) of Section 6.02 of the Senior Note Indenture.

Standstill Event means (a) at any time when the Tranche A Exit Facility Agreement remains in effect, the provision by the Administrative Agent under the Tranche A Exit Facility Agreement to the Borrower, the Administrative Agent under the Tranche B Credit Agreement, and the Administrative Agent under the Tranche C Credit Agreement, of a notice that a Default has occurred and is continuing under the Tranche A Exit Facility Agreement, or (b) at any time when the Tranche A Exit Facility Agreement no longer remains in effect but amounts remain outstanding under the Tranche B Credit Agreement, the provision by the Administrative Agent under the Tranche B Credit Agreement to the Borrower and the Administrative Agent under the Tranche C Credit Agreement, of a notice that a Default has occurred and is continuing under the Tranche B Credit Agreement.
Standstill Event means the occurrence of any one or more of the Events of Default under the Acquisition Note. "Standstill Event Notice" shall mean the date the Subordinated Creditor shall have provided written notice of such Standstill Event to the Senior Creditor and Borrower.
Standstill Event means the commencement of any: (a) Enforcement Action by Lender; or (b) any Reorganization relative to the Borrower, any Obligor, or their respective properties.

Standstill Event shall have the meaning set forth in the Standstill Agreement.
