Stanford License definition

Stanford License means that certain License Agreement effective as of March 11, 1996, as amended March 31, 1996, entered by and between KOSAN and the Board of Trustees of Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Jr. University.
Stanford License means that license agreement between Verinata and the Trustees of Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Junior University (“Stanford”), titled the Second Amended and Restated Co-Exclusive Agreement, effective on September 14, 2012, as amended as of the Effective Date.
