Examples of State certified real estate appraiser in a sentence
At the time of filing an application for certification or license, each applicant shall sign a pledge to comply with the standards set forth in this article and state that he or she understands the types of misconduct for which disciplinary proceedings may be initiated against a State certified real estate appraiser, or a State licensed real estate appraiser, as set forth in this article.
An original certification of a State certified real estate appraiser, or an original license of a State licensed real estate appraiser, shall not be issued to any person who does not possess the equivalent of two years of appraisal experience in real property appraisal as defined by the board supported by adequate written reports.
Each real estate appraiser member of the board appointed after January 1, 1996, must be a State certified real estate appraiser.
The rights of any holder under a State certificate as a State certified real estate appraiser, or a license as a State licensed real estate appraiser, may be revoked or suspended, or the holder of the certification or license may be otherwise disciplined in accordance with the provisions of this article, upon any of the grounds set forth in this section.
When identifying an appraisal or appraisal report as “certified,” the State certified real estate appraiser must indicate which type of certification is held.
