State Regulations definition

State Regulations means those regulations of the State of New Jersey Board of Public Utilities relating to cable television. N.J.A.C. 14:17-1.1 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 14:18-1 et seq., or as such regulations may be amended.
State Regulations means all rules, regulations, written policies, orders and decisions of any State PUC.
