As provided in the Indenture and subject to certain limitations therein set forth, Class B Notes are exchangeable for new Class B Notes in any authorized denominations and of like aggregate Stated Principal Amount, Expected Final Payment Date and Legal Maturity Date and of like terms upon surrender of such Notes to be exchanged at the office or agency of the Issuer in a Place of Payment.
As of the date of any additional issuance of Notes of an Outstanding Class or Tranche of Notes, the Stated Principal Amount, Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount and Nominal Liquidation Amount of that Class or Tranche will be increased to reflect the principal amount of the additional Notes.
